Travel zones
We're based in Livonia and most of our work is close to home, so the majority of visits carry no travel fee at all. Anything further is a flat charge by zone — never a per-mile surprise on the invoice.

Zones are measured one way by road from our Livonia office, and we confirm yours when we book — so you know the number before we drive out, not after. The cities listed are a guide; if you're near a zone edge we'll tell you which side you fall on. Travel is charged once per visit, not per hour.
